Farmington HOA

My car was towed yesterday all the way to I-76 & Quebec. I just found out it's going to cost me over $250 cash to get my car back...

My question is, with so many horrible reviews, why does our H.O.A. use this company?

$250 is outrageous for a car tow. (especially if you are currently unemployed.)

This company has horrible, horrible reviews online. I wonder how much of that $250 makes it's way back to the H.O.A. I just can't see any other reason why they would use them.

I am devistated. Yes, it was my fault for forgetting about the street repairs, but $250? Really!??

Maxx is one of two tow companies in the Denver area that do Private Parking tows, the other company is located even further south.

The Association gets no money from the tow company, there are no kickbacks, never have and never will be.  The only special deals we have with Maxx is when we know we will need tows for large issues, we will make prior arrangements to have them on standby.
