Have we thought of this?

if we go with a new company where will their pad sites be located? Dale already has theirs in place? Will that mean more clearing and noise???
I want the most for my rights but what is it going to costin the long run?
Pad Sites

Thanks for your question. We share your concerns and the new drilling may happen from existing pad sites. If not, the new sites would be across the street from us and we are being very careful about stipulating drilling distance, sound abatement, and site appearance in the new lease.

Finalization happening this week

Thank you so much for your patience as we have been working through this process. As you can understand, the holiday weeks causes a brief delay completing our work. We do have an actual offer/lease in hand from Carrizo. We have sent our suggestions for changes to them (which they agreed to) and are expecting the final revised copy this week. They do need a short window to reseach our mineral rights. You can expect a recommendation letter and offer letter in the mail shortly.

Research our mineral rights?

so, if they see something they don't like (like the leases that other folks have already signed in the neighborhood), does that mean they can back out? doesn't sound much like a ''done deal'' to me.
