DALE RESOURCES LETTER

Posted in: River Trails
Yes and No

If the actual drilled hole comes within 330 feet of your property, then the driller must aquire a lease either from you or whoever has your lease. The terms of that lease will still apply.
Tired of the game

I'm so tired of the waiting game. I know other folks who have already gotten their money, and i'm starting to worry we're going to get left out in the cold. worst case scenario, can we still sign with the first peopel if this ''deal'' falls through?
Worth Waiting

In my opinion, some things are well worth waiting for. The ones who have already signed only got the signing bonus; they have not received any royalties as nobody is drilling. They must have a certain percentage signed and even then, they may not drill. I am willing to wait for the best deal the committee can get us with some nice things for the neighborhood as well. Nothing minus nothing is still nothing. All we are really waiting on is the signing bonus and if it can be double what Dale offered, I think that is worth waiting for. Even when the final deal is signed,I figure it will still be a long time (if ever) before we see any royalties.
