I am on the fence about this as well. How many homeowners need to sign up so they can drill? Or do they need a majority, seems like they can go ahead and drill. I am just tired of all the drilling going on around here for the last couple of years and we're the ones who are sitting on time bombs, not the oil companies, so shouldnt I be compsenated for putting up with all of this for so long???????

Plus, I've done my homework. I want to know with all the homeowners in the metroplex that have signed onto drill leases in the last year, why isnt anyone's property value dropping, which seems to be a big factor for the opposition?

3 years ago they were required to stay 300 x 300x 300x 300x 300 from properties that did not sign(look at the old map from 3 years ago on Saranac, prob 70% did NOT! sign) that's why their back!
