I plan to sign. As someone said, they are going to do it anyway and are already around us so why not get paid something. None of the noise or big trucks driving behind my house has bothered me yet.

so true, they are going to do it anyway. And I want to know where people's property values have dropped because of the drilling. Please advise so I can ''do my homework.''

If you go back and read I believe there have been two or three postings with info on where to look. I think one was Urban gas wells and property values and someone I think said Suburban gas wells or drilling and property values and yet another was Effects of Gas and Oil Drilling on Property values. I googled it and am glad I did, I won't sign as a result of what I read. I would also like to point out if they were going to do it anyway, it would have been all said and done with 3 years ago
