Backyard landscaping must be
complete by October 31, 2003
Because the Town of Frederick is allowing permits for new sod, the HOA Board has reinstated the rule that all backyards must be landscaped within 1 year of initial closing on a home. Because all homes in our community have been up for over a year, the Board has issued a new backyard completion date of 10/31/2003 for all homes in our community.
