''Guard-Gated Community''

Guard Gated!

I don't know what the hold up is. We should started getting
quotes from securities companies. Almost all of the subdivisions I
deliver to, has a guard at the gate. They write down my name, the name
of the company and the license plate number. If there are people who
are against a guarded gete, then inform them that if they don't vote,
it will be considered a yes. Lets move on it.\

Cameras

OK, so lets say we have cameras at the gates. Who will monitor the cameras? Also, the camera will show the damage after it?s been done. The best way to fix a problem is to prevent it. Just like some of the other subdivisions, (Spanish Trails, Sienna, Painted Desert, Anthem) A guarded gate is the only solution. I have never seen nor heard of a camera at the entrance of a subdivision.
Fort Timber Lake

Have you ever visited Painted Desert community? Well, I do and I have noticed the security there to be impoverished at best. The first question that comes to mind is why? Are we so uppity out here that we need guards to protect the gate? I feel a little troubled about a community that wants to cocoon its self from the world. I could see a problem if men were pushing those shopping carts around and distorting our grand vistas! Or if I need a safe haven from cousin Guedo's family but let's get real, A guard might protect the gate from getting bashed in unnoticed. However it will not protect you! It hasen't protected the painted desert community according to my friend, and his association fee's are almost a hundred a month. If you want to protect the gate install a camara if you want to protect me, smith and wesson all ready has that covered!
