Cheese Ball
2-8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese
1 pkg. regular cream cheese and 1 pkg. 1/3 less fat can be used.
Do not use all no fat, or all 1/3 less fat, as the cheese ball will then be too soft.
2 pkgs. Carl Buddig sliced beef
Chop one fine and cut the other into one inch squares
6 green onions chopped fine
1 tsp. Accent
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
Mix all well except beef squares
Form into ball and cover with the beef squares.
This can be modified by using a flavored cream cheese. Lot's of options, but the straight recipe is just darn good!
