Good Guess!
No need to apologize! Mr. Dillon and I have been communicating about neighborhood issues, so he let ''the cat out of the bag'' in a previous email, and your keen eye caught it! :-)

Driveway Letters
Today everyone probably received a letter from the builder notifying them of this very work to be completed. The justification states this action was recommended by engineers, and is necessary to lessen the movement of our foundation. We have asked the builder to postpone this action until we can further research this matter. To the best of my knowledge they will be complying with this request.

Update
Residents,
For those that may be wondering, the HOA board has been actively working this issue. We feel the homeowners should be provided the appropriate information to be able to make an informed decision affecting the property. Is the proposed solution a temporary band-aid or a more permanent fix? We hope to get those answers with a comprehensive report from a professional that deals specifically with these issues.
We welcome your comments and/or suggestions on this matter.

Unfortunately, we have not received much feedback from the homeowners regarding their thoughts on this matter.
Our request for the builder to provide the actual technical reports regarding their recommendations was declined. The engineering companies will not release their client's information without their permission. We do have a copy of a letter from their engineer; however it is our opinion that the response is too vague and open-ended to be of much help.
I will bring the letter to Tuesday's meeting. We would like to hear your feedback. I highly encourage your involvement! If you cannot attend the meeting, send us an email and let us know what you think!
