According to the city records, Chris Tong was the original president. I don't know how it came about, but he was. I do know that Mr. Tong and his wife are not the ones that started this up this time. Mr. Tong was approached by homeowners(because he was listed as president) that are in favor of the HOA for help and guidance on this matter. Mr. Tong in no way purposely started up all this mess.
It is a shame that people witheld such important information, but this isn't Mr. Norris' fault either. He has never been on a "high horse" or "judgmental". Instead, he has been attacked for something that is out of his hands since the very beginning. He is only trying to defend himself. Please quit pointing fingers. This is not solving anything!
