Well, I just drove down West Road. I am grateful its cut, But thats about all. It is not a site to be proud of, forget the edgeing, forget picking up the piles of grass. The city of Houston does no more than they have to. Isnt that the way of the world.
When we have people from out of town come we spend lots of money to impress visitors, but do only what we have to for citizens who live here.
