Welcome To Greenwood Village

Greenwood Village is located in the northwest quadrant of the City of West Melbourne, at the corner of John Rodes Blvd. and Sheridan Road.

It is a limited access gated community with 256 individual units in 33 separate buildings. Thirty-one of the buildings house 8 units in a two-story configuration. Two buildings house 4 units in the same configuration. The buildings are judicially placed on paved roads over the abundantly landscaped 25 acres.
