WELCOME

Welcome to United H.O.P.E. Community Development Corporation's website!  We are located within the Park Heights Master Plan boundaries.  Our place of operation is located at the NIA Performing Arts & Community Learning Center at 4604 Reisterstown Road.  We are a grass-root self-sustained organization and have been in operation for 19 years.  Our 20th Anniversary is fastly approaching and we are planning to celebrate.  Stay posted!   Our mission is: " To look at ways to address the concerns and the needs of the immediate community; and to create change that will improve the quality of life for all those living and working in this community through self-help initiatives. Our days and hours of operation are Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 1pm - 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am - 2 pm.  We have an open door policy.  All visitors are welcome.   Contact number: 410-367-1853    See our calendar of events to find out what's up and coming.  Sincerely, Viola Bell, Executive Director Kiss
