Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

For those of you who didn't attend the meeting, you missed a good one. Lots of new faces, familiar faces, and good ideas. Trustees were voted in, (3 from last year and 2 new ones)and an overwhelming majority voted on a BIG issue of Non-Paid dues.
The homeowners made some very important decisions, and we wish you could have attended to be a part of the decision making. Thanks to all those who did attend, and I look forward to future meetings.

annual meeting

Maybe more homeowners could have attended had they been given more than two days notice. The only notice I received of this meeting was a sign posted at the entrance on Sunday. Many people have commitments during the week that prevented them from attending.

Meeting notice

The trustees printed fliers announcing the annual meeting date, time and place and hand-delivered them to each home the week of April 11th. The signs were posted as a reminder of the meeting, not a 2-day notice to everyone.

4/28 meeting

The meeting was announced on the web site AND by the flyer on my door. Plenty of time to plan. My first meeting, I was impressed with the information available for all of the homeowners.
