Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

Seems this site has been discontinued. But..... I'll try to get an answer to a question some has asked me about. Why isn't our Homeowners Assoc. "rules", that we sign on at time of closing, NOT ENFORCED? Like, NO FENCES IN FRONT YARDS,  NO POOLS, NO LARGE SHEDS...... and on & on & on. Seems useless to have rules & not enforced.  Dogs run loose, in our yards & garages. What's up?

More & more neighbors are doing"whatever" they feel like!

I was just getting on to post...."Is anybody out there" when I read your posting.  I'm glad you posted something.

The "Association" takes volunteers, free time, and a lot of head banging.  I miss the "Association" myself, and have given many hours of my personal time only to be attacked by the folks who  live in our neighborhood, as well as many others.  Lets get some people who continually complain envolved in the process.  There are homes/yards that look very bad and obviously go against the restrictionis that are "law"?  Folks can set back and complain, but are they willing to participate? LET'S GET IT GOIN'!  Start crackin' the whip....are you going to participate?  I will if you will! (I already have, and I'll do it again).........hope to hear a positive reply.  I just get tired of hearing all the nagging and no PARTICIPATION!  Let's get the site pumped to improve OUR neighborhood....want to?  :)

I want to add one thing to my previous comment.  If you're a homeowner in this neighborhood, you are the "Association".  It just takes a lot of hard work to get people active in it.  

I GOT THE REPLY I FIGURED I WOULD GET. THANK YOU, BUT, IN LIFE WE CHOOSE OUR JOBS, HOBBIES, ANNND "VOLUNTEER WORK". THEREFORE, DIDN'T ASK A QUESTION TO BE "TOLD OFF"! IF ASSOC. IS OVER WITH, THEN ANNOUNCE IT ON HERE. I SURE WON'T ASK ANYMORE QUESTIONS. LET NEIGHBORHOOD GO TO POT, I'VE STOPPED TELLING BUYERS LONG TIME AGO TO COME HERE TO BUY. I'LL BE SELLING OUT SELF SOON AS ECONOMY IMPROVES.
