Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

Here we go again...everyone IS the association in this neighborhood....take things into your own hands if issues arise...it's your neighborhood, too! 

Yep, here we go again!!!! YOU said it, "it's OUR neighborhood too"! So, that includes assoc. too. "WE", as I wrote, HAVE TRIED TO HANDLE ISSUES! No success..... SOOO thought  IF assoc. would "back us peons up.....MAYBE city would take a notice!!! No, or   assoc. don't want to help? Then fine, BUT don't exspect  us, the % of "due payers" to continue to back up assoc in collecting unpaid dues. That's way I figure it, agree or not, again I will not pay another dime till rest % of "US", THE ASSOC. pay!

                                      Thank you agreeing "we" are the assoc. 100% not 30% of us.

A Freakin Men!!

Grove, wondering when the list would be posted concerning "unpaid" dues? Not fair to ones who DO pay. Feel association has allowed fair time for these people to pay! Maybe seeing their names displayed would encourage payments.
