Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

i do not understand why this lady still owns her house, she has people staying in her house that are breaking into our cars. she is alawys in her bra and underwear outside mowing her yard. how is this ok for our kids to see. i have to call the police on her more then 10 times already. i have tried to talk to other neib, and they are all scared for there children, she told my daughter that she has a traped door in her house. thats a little scary in my book. the police told me to get on here and see what we can do as a community. i would really like help into finding out how we can get her and her friends out of here. she even lets homeless people stay in that house, that is not safe for any of us here.

I checked to see who owns the house by doing a property search.  When I got her name, I did a google search and came-up with an interesting video.  Since you know what she looks like, you might want to do the same search and see if this is the same lady.   There is also a mugshot of her on-line.  If it is the same person, I can see why the police are hesitant.  The person on-line filed a suit against them for using a taser on her.  I don't know if it is the same person, but if it is there is reason to be scared.

The only thing I can think of is documenting everything (which you probably already have done) and taking lots of pictures.  So sorry that you have to deal with this.

yes i have checked and it is the same women, we have all viewed the video. i just dont get how she can be here when she is not paying for that house? we live 3 doors down from her and us and the 2 houses between us also have filed tresspassing on her. and just because we document doesnt really do any good cause all she does is act like a fool we r getting camras installed so we will have everything on tape

There may be some light at the end of the tunnel for you and your neighbors.  I have some more information for you.  Since her name sounded so familiar to me, I checked through all the court papers I have on Hamilton Highlands.  They send me the court papers whenever anyone files for foreclosure against a homeowner.  A foreclosure action has been filed against her and it is scheduled for trial assignment 7-24-12.
