I was going to suggest going public with it..."6 on your side" or something like that?  The law doesn't like it when you prove they're ignoring you.  Sounds like it might resolve itself.  Keep us posted.

I checked-out those websites you mentioned.  I agree, so sad that is in our neighborhood.  Did some more checking on her.  A foreclosure was filed against her but for some reason it was dismissed, so I guess no help from that.  Do not know why it was dismissed, but could have something to do with her settlement she got.  Also checked out her facebook page and the trap door earlier mentioned is talked about on her page. 

Oh boy....here we go!
