Speed limit, stop signs, etc
I do have to agree with Bob... and to top everything off the ''elite'' 17 should learn to take care of the frontage road across the street from them. They don't want to be part of the 'homeowner's association' at least make the entrance from Morehead Rd look pleasant.

Speed limit
To clarify some questions...many residents wonder WHY this petition was started in the first place. Some are perfectly content with the speed limit of 25mph. while others, on the other hand, are rather upset that 17 ''elite'' homeowners (who don't belong to our neighborhood and have declined the opportunity to join our neighborhood) can dictate what is best for our residents. It has taken many years to get speed limit signs, stop signs and the sidewalk established in RRC. These 17 homeowners should remember that this street was here before they bought their home. I must agree that parking on a thorough-fare needs to be enforced.
I'm not sure what the correct answer is for the posting of the speed limit signs in our neighborhood and/or the number of stop signs but I do know the Town of Harrisburg needs to hear from our community. That is the main intent of the petition. We need the Town Council to hear our voice about this decision they voted on for 500+ homes.
The petition will be located at the pool attendant area throughout today. I also have a petition located at my house, 6005 The Meadows Lane. Hope to see you at the meeting tomorrow night @ 7pm.
Thank you to all who have given me both positive and negative feedback.
