Heritage Valley is a unique residential community located on the  southwest side of Valparaiso in unincorporated Center Township, Porter County.  The community consists of condominiums, patio homes, and 270 single family homes.   Within Heritage Valley, residents have access to walking paths, a lake for fishing, a baseball diamond, and a picnic shelter.
