First of all, I am no coward and did include my full name at the end of the email. furthermore I attended your board meeting and spoke with you . So you may want to review the difference between free speech and cowardice board bashing as you have termed it. We are not the only homeowners that have concerns about the function, responsibility of the board. I have not stated any thing that is either not part of the CCNR's or posted on this very website. You as the president of the board should be aware of your own contracts and literature. My statement about the lights was not that NES didn't do the work of replacing the light but as it is paid for by the homeowners association it should be the job of the board to monitor the lights and report them to be repaired. Poor lighting in neighborhoods is linked to higher crime to include robbery, assault and other violent crimes.  The HOA  and Gasser property management represent the homeowners who faithfully pay their dues. Simply stated we think we should be getting more for our money.

Who moderates this site?  Why was my post deleted?  There was no "Board Bashing" of any sort, and whatever "Judge me" means I didn't do that either!  I simply wanted to know how the meeting went.  What gives?  Also, why would you add those tags to my post, it makes it look like I placed them there when I wrote the post.  This is ridiculous.

Hey HickHill, how can you accuse someone of cowardice for anonymously posting and do the exact same thing in your accusation post?  Are you listed in the directory as Hill, Hick? 

Also, why are you jumping on the Chapmans?  If you read Adrienne's post before it was deleted you would know that she said they attended the meeting and that their issue was resolved, or at least heard, by the Board.  She said nothing negative about the HOA Board or the meeting, other than she expected to see more homeowners in attendance.  You talk about knowing your facts, where do you get yours?  I think you're way off base, and if you're the President of the Board, which I think was implied in another post, I'm shocked that you would write a post like that.  I also wonder if it's you that deleted several posts in this string.
