2143 and 2144 2nd Ave.; 214 22nd Street (house looks vacant-never any lights on-been a problem for years);
the alley between 21st and 22nd-horns always beeeping-even seen prostitutes being picked up behind 2143. One of the dealers lives in a duplex in the 2100 block of Burlington-a young, white male. Most of that activity takes place in the alley - they all work together. The landlords were all notified months ago, the police notified many times. The Historic Kenwood Association also got a copy of the letter to the landlords.

All the neighbors received a copy of the letter that was sent to the landlords.

You can also take the landlords to the nusience board with the city about the drugs That is another thing you can ask Jill about she has info on what can be done. Many neighbors don't want any part of it as they might get bothered Maybe they should do some drug marches (Edna)
