Retaliation
A person on the block talked directly to one of the landlords and the next day an orange came flying through their bedroom window and landed on their bed. Another time a small candle was placed next to the fence surrounded by a very meticulously placed pile of dry leaves - this was right next to a fence and a tree which could easily have caught fire. The children's bedroom is right there. You can only imagine what might have happened! The police were called who called the fire dept. who came out to put out the fire. Police never bothered to come. This to an address that has been called on numerous times. So you see, most people are a bit afraid to speak out - hence the anonyminity here. They deal right in the street and watch you watch them. They don't care as they know they won't be bothered. It bites!!
