Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood Association

Is anyone else disappointed in the revamped city website (www.stpete.org)? I find it most unhelpful, and wonder why we fixed what wasn't broken. (The old website worked just fine.) Does anyone know if the city council intended to be left off the site? Or was it done to them? (I've spent a lot of time searching, and can't find them. They may be there, but I'm no stupider than the average person and shouldn't have to spend a lot of time searching.) Is this site now only for those who buy a new computer every half year? (It's got all the bells and whistles that make it extremely slow-loading -- another device to discourage use?)
