Happy New Year to all of you. Tomorrow evening is our election for Board Officers and Directors, and I hope that many of you will attend and vote. Candidates will each speak for 5 minutes. While ballots are counted, Chris Eaton, a candidate for City Council District 4, will speak. In addition, we'll provide you with an update regarding the work of the Planning Committee to work toward fine-tuning our Neighborhood Plan, which drives our zoning, Neighborhood Design Ordinance, redevelopment. Also, you'll learn about a Board of Adjustment Application to reinstate office use of a property at 624 Beach Drive N.E, which is in our residential zoning district, and a letter will be available for you to sign to oppose this reinstatement. Information regarding NSNA Committees will be available and sign-up sheets for those who would like to get involved. Your involvement is critical to preserving, protecting, and enhancing the value of our neighborhood. See you tomorrow evening.
