Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood Association

I'm new to the area and purchasing a 20s bungalow in Old NE that needs rewiring. Anyone know any good, reasonable electricians with experience pulling wire through plaster and lath? I'm also looking for a good heating/AC contractor for installing a new central system.
