Julie Weston, Director of City Development Review Services, called me today to acknowledge the Board's letter and to report that Hazelton had their review on Feb. 29 and was not in compliance with the stipulated agreement. Julie stated that City Legal will review the case tomorrow and likely provide 14 days notice to the developer of demolition. She stated that, barring any surprises, we could see demolition quickly, like maybe in 3 weeks.
