We have a mandatory association. Various committees meet regularly to help improve/maintain the quality of our neighborhood. See the newsletter section for committee contacts. Participation is welcome.
The entrance to Hunters Mill is at the intersection of Thousand Oaks and Rowe Drive in Northeast San Antonio. The subdivision extends along Rowe Drive all the way to the Stone Ridge subdivision. There are 371 homes.

Who do I contact about neighbors that leave out trash barrels all week? Never put them away !!!!!

Vehicles parked on streets
Multiple residences have as many as four and five vehicles, with most parked on street. Isn't there some type of regulation concerning this??
