Hyde Park, just south of the Loop has been the long time home of President Barack Obama and is one of Chicago's most racially diverse neighborhoods. It is also home to the University of Chicago, Frank Lloyd Wright's Robie House and Pile-1, the first nuclear reactor. Housing vaires from high-rise condominiums with Lake Michigan views, to multi-family low-rise buildings and single family homes. Jackson Park, site of the 1893 World's Fair and the Museum of Science & Industry are just two of the area's many attractions and events.
