Thelma, Thelma, Thelma..... Puuhhleeze. Enough is enough. What is your axe to grind with Marilyn and I; also, what is your problem with Kevin and Marty? And Mark and Karin? And Mike and Peggy? Come on, why can't you come down the street, like a good and civil neighbor, and talk with those with whom you have a problem? Why do you hide behind this wall of evil? What is your problem? Why can't you get a life? I mean, a REAL LIFE! What's your problem? Ok, I think I understand......you're over 60 and MEAN, NASTY, and EVIL. Puhhhleeeeze, stop this silliness and evilness with your neighbors. Are you jealous? Or what? Come on, get a life Thelma! Poor David. He's such a nice person. Please consider him when you go on your mis-guided rants. I will pray for you, I hope the HOLY SPIRIT fins his way into your confused soul.

Grass Lover, have you ever had water in your basement? I have! In 2001 I got tired of MSD's standard reply: you're on the 5 year plan. Each year we were on the 5 yr plan BUT never moved up! I have a cousin on Corps of Eng, he told me to build a 'mound' out in the front yard on the easement and it would prohibit water from migrating into my basement. Hence, our 'flower garden'. And guess what? He was right! When MSD AND local gov't does not respond, one must take matters into their own hands. My mound and my flowers and shrubs are here for the DURATION. I will NOT remove them. Incompetents are incompetents and we SHOULD have the smarts to remove them. However, at the local gov't and the MSD level, silliness and stupidity and incompetence prevails and always will.

Thelma, firstly, my name is LEICHT, not Leight. It is a PROUD German name, so do not slander my name!!!!!! I suspect you and David have never had a water problem? I have!!! My cousin, a 'relative', is #3 in the Corps of Eng. He instructed me to 'burm' my property and it would mitigate the problem. Presto, bango! It worked. MSD???? All they could promise was putting Gladstone on the 5 yr plan, and every year we never moved up! I, and I repeat I, spoke with the Health Department about why would mallards feed on the water left for weeks on end (yo9u don't have this problem, do you? so why do your care??) in pools in the street along the driveways. Bugs and larvae, mosquito larvae. That was their answer. So, I was not only solving my problem, but yours as well. You totally ungrateful neighbor and xxxxxxx!!!!!! I don't know what your problem is Thelma. Please get on your broom and fly away from here!!!
