Swimming Pools
We've received a couple of inquiries asking about swimming pools, so we decided to send out this reminder so all are informed.
The Kesslebrooke Station Covenants and Restrictions specifically state that above ground swimming pools are not allowed. A practical reading of this provision, however, should not be interpreted to preclude the use of "toy" pools, which are pools that are typically made of any formed plastic, vinyl or inflatable material with a maximum capacity of 18 inches of water or less, that is not designed for and/or does not use a filtration system, and is by its very nature intended to be emptied and stored after a period of two to three days or less.
