The HOA is having some technical difficulties generating the Annual Prepayment Notices and Resident Current Statements. We hope to get these issues resolved and have these sent out shortly.
The due date will be determined based on the time that we are finally able to get these generated.
Please keep an eye out for this in your mailbox and return by the communicated deadline at that time.
For those who don't plan on participating in the Annual Prepayment, please continue to send in your monthly $15 payments as usual.
