What can be done about general maintenance of certain properties? Understanding watering restrictions, we cannot keep green lawns, we can, however continue to maintain certain basic responsibilities for each of our properties.
i.e. Lawn cutting and trimming, weed removal from landscaping beds and surrounding home, on lot areas (sidewalks, tree lawns, walkways, and easements), proper external maintenance of homes ( painting, tree lawn tree trimming, external home surface cleaning, driveway maintenance), proper pet waste disposal, trash can storage and usage, toys and furniture forgotten on front lawns, multiple vehicles ( more than property can handle), etc.
This is Chris Hlavin, Kathy's husband. We reside at 20 Tabilore Loop. I can help assist on all of above mentioned areas if necessary, and help with any association duties. Furthermore, I can guide one to find the proper assistance if the above areas show to be a challenge.
Are we able to add amendments to help improve our neighborhood? Are there meetings other than the one annual meeting that we have to discuss issues?
This is the first time on this site, and it looks to be a great comminication tool. I am sure it isn't designed to be negative to any specific persons or properties, but more general. Please do not take offense to anything above mentioned.
