well i know it takes money to get things done, and the board does have there hands full.  But its up to every homeowner to speak up and get invovled. not paying our dues is not the answer, but i do understand the fustration of paying dues and seeing our neighborhood looking like this. however as with anything if people do not get involved then this is what happens.
