Furthermore,  isn't Riverbend Investment II Ltd a trust fund?  Hmmmmm.  Wonder when the truth will be told.   I was led to believe that Mr. Newell is on the board of the trust fund.    Do you know Pappy - oh I mean Southsidea?   Don't try to twinkle and through glitter in our eyes when you don't even have all the answers.     Spin it as you may,   not swallowing it.

People that live behind Saranac have to pay mandatory dues to LORT that are much greater than $25 annually.  But, they don't pay it to RTHA.  They pay theirs to LORT.  However, RTHA has had LORT residents willingly contribute $25 dollars to RTHA simply because they appreciate the events and information that RTHA provides.

LORT residents have expressed their frustrations with having to pay such hefty dues but, they don't have the community events that we have.  As far as I know...their community events consists of a neighborhood garage sale.

We (River Trails) always invite LORT to join us in our events and neighborhood meetings.

See how neighborly we are.Cool

Really,  wonder if LORT residents would be willing to accept money from RT residents for use of the ponds?  And when that jogging / hiking trail goes in,  are RT residents allowed to use it?  Or will their be some insurance policy preventing our use of it too  Come on.   This is really beginning to get under my skin.  Glad to see we are being so darn neighborly with nothing in return.  Thanks for speaking in behalf of our neighborhood and inviting LORT residents to our events.  Perhaps this would be a great discussion to bring up at the next RTHA meeting?

"Seehow neighborly we are"....seriously!  I think we should ask for proof of address, like last months water bill, and then ask the "Southside" talking pack mules to leave our neighborhood!(in a neighborly way of course)!  I'm sorry and I know it's not everyone in the lakes, but they really should address the fact that some of there residents are downright rude!  I really don't think it necessaryto yell at a gray headed old man with a physically and mentally challenged daughter feeding the D_ _ _  ducks...get real!  I'll take my real back yard over there stagnant Trinity overflow any-day! Do they really think they are that flippin special?
