If the RTHA neighborhood ends at Saranac then RTHA needs to issue refunds to all the neighbors on , River Trails, Winding River, Etc., All of these streets are behind Saranac Trail and paying hoa dues !!!Maybe someone should get a HOA map!

People that live behind Saranac have to pay mandatory dues to LORT that are much greater than $25 annually. But, they don't pay it to RTHA. They pay theirs to LORT. However, RTHA has had LORT residents willingly contribute $25 dollars to RTHA simply because they appreciate the events and information that RTHA provides. LORT residents have expressed their frustrations with having to pay such hefty dues but, they don't have the community events that we have. As far as I know...their community events consists of a neighborhood garage sale. We (River Trails) always invite LORT to join us in our events and neighborhood meetings. See how neighborly we are. |

I am just providing this information so everyone can see the current and future layout of RT and LORT. Ken Newell also owns the land to the East of Precinct Line Rd up to Trinity Blvd and is currently developing the property (see links at the bottom of website www.trinitycustomhomes.com and click on Lakes of River Trails or Lakes of River Trails East then click on PDF Map, this will show the existing and future development planned for our Area. Yes, Ken Newell owns a lot of the land to the EAST of Precinct Line RD and plans to develop all the way down to Trammel David Rd. |
