Beautiful Legacy Cove in Cedar Falls

Welcome to the beautiful Legacy Cove Condominium Association in Cedar Falls, IA.  We are a small and cozy neighborhood located near the intersection of Orchard Drive and Cedar Heights Road.  Our property is comprised of four 8-plex buildings and ten 4-plex buildings.  Our residents are very protective of the neighborhood yet remain very warm and welcoming to the guests of Legacy Cove owners.  Thank you for paying the Neighborhood Link page a visit!
