I keep hearing neighbors saying we need a change.  It's time to stop talking and start doing people!  We are allowing ONE person basically to do as he wishes and are only complaining.  It's time to STOP complaining and start acting.  Yes, we are ALL busy, and some of us even work double time, however, if we want to be heard, then we've got to have a change in our alleged president - WHO according to the by laws and covenants SHOULD NOT be on the board - he has over extended his stay and it is time for a change.  Let us know when the called meeting is there and I'll be there to help OUST him.  At the last board meeting he was a bit intimidating stating HE has done this and that...not true folks....lots of talk and not much truth.
