when selling the homes in our area the prices are all over the place...it might be wise to make people aware of what the most recent prices were at sale time.....some people are not receiving the price that they ''could''....and example....a home just sold for $412,000 and it did not have any upgrades and was 3086 square feet....i helped her arrive at this price asking the realtor to do comps on homes in Windermere with ''tile roofs'' and three car garages.....unfortunately another person had a home with a pool and the same square footage and was selling for $400,000....it seems as though she could have received quite a bit more...(you don't know unless you try).....just a thought....sharon
