Little Spring Farm Neighborhood

Playground areas

Posted in: Little Spring Farm

We would be OK with basketball courts, but I tend to agree that it attracts "guests".  It's so cheap to get a goal you can roll in and out of your garage for your children anyway.  I would much rather have money spent on a playground.  It would give the children a place to meet each other and play, and may keep our own back yards from getting cluttered with playsets.

Where would these "guests" come from????????

It's not like we live close to adjacent subdivisions!!  Relax!

That's a point.  However, I like the comments about the use of playgrounds, grills, etc.  I think that would get more use by everyone.  Again, you can pull a basketball goal out of a garage, but playsets in everyone's back yard can get to be an eye soar pretty quickly.

I agree! A centralized recreation area would be ideal!!
