I wanted to mention that we seem to have several violations occurring thru-out the subdivision regarding trailers, boats and campers parked in driveways. I'm sure this will become worse as we approach spring and warm weather. While you may not feel a few days is an inconvenience to other residents', more often than not it turns into a week or more. REMEMBER: It is against the deed restrictions for trailers, boats, campers, etc. to be parked for longer than a 24 hour period. Believe it or not, MOST residents DO want to see the covenants enforced, not to mention the fact that I am the recpient of a half dozen anonymous callers that question why it is being allowed. I have been informed by Brown, Noltemeyer & Mattingly that towing will begin if violation notices are ignored. After I have sent you a violation notice, it is then forwarded to their main office and is out of my hands. If you do not comply with the request, you risk being towed. Just thought you may like to know.
This website is a great way for everyone to communicate and stay on top of concerns. I will try to browse regularly and will take care of any problems within the development that I think I can help with. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any problems or concerns that you may have if something is ovrlooked. Steve helps me with any of the maintenance issues within the grounds and I wanted to thank him for all of his help! BTW: thank you Steve for purchasing the new flag for the front entrance and putting it up. Everyone appreciated it!
