When we find out the count, I do have a listing of non-WM residents.  If we do not get to the 80% participation, we can send people door to door or call.  I have their numbers, also.

We are one of the familes that chose to switch to WM from ID.  We started service with WM on 3/28 and are yet to receive our can.  After many phone calls and unanswered promises we will no longer be using WM if our can is not received by this evening.  Good Luck to everyone else who switches their service.

      I would of emailed or called you but I don't have your information.   I tried to call our WM Rep to help you with this problem but he wasn't available.  I did leave him a voice mail.   If you would like his number please call me at 239-4779.   If anyone else is having this kind of problem., please give me a chance to get it fixed before switching back.  We have made our goal and it is saving money.  Please email me at CyAlan@insightbb.com if you are having problems with the switch.
