Post addresses of Non-payments

Will the board consider posting addresses of all neighbors that have not paid their dues in the hopes that shear embarassment would motivate their purse so improvements in the neighborhood could get moving.

Re: Posting of addresses

The Board did ask the Association Attorney about posting the non-paying addresses and names on the website. Our Attorney advised that we should not post the names on the internet, but we should and will provide a list of homeowners who did not pay as part of our annual report of receipts and expenditures, which will be provided to all homeowners.

What improvements would you like to see? (ideas to date are lighting on front sign, landscaping in cul-de-sacs, aerator for small pond(costly), speed bumps, irrigation for boulevard)
