Assessment Update
As of Dec 1, 2006 there are 12 lots for which dues have not been paid. On Monday morning I will turn over the list of these delinquent lots to our President. He will then coordinate with our Association Attorney to have the lien process begin. If you have not paid, I suggest you hand deliver your payment or place your payment in my mailbox by Sunday December 3, 2006, because I will be giving the delinquent list to Dwight on Monday Morning.
