If the lake lot owners find a fountain for the lake behind our home, can we purchase it and have it put in?

Before the lake lot owners go through the expense of purchasing a fountain, request a special meeting with the Board and the lake lot owners to address all the issues(Electric pole must be added). Have all of your plans written so the Board can vote to approve your projected plan. All improvements(contruction or physical alterations) must have Board approval before any work can be done to the lake. |

Fountain
I agree with Janette... I personally do not see a problem with the lake lot owners purchasing the fountain... However, before you go through the expense... Make sure that your projected plan has an answer for these questions... 1. How much will Demco charge for the independant pole. 2. Can the board afford paying for the pole. 3. Can the board pay for the electricity once the fountain is in... (According to the budget I don't see a problem with that. But that's my opinon ONLY) I like Janette would also ask for a Special meeting with the board to go over all the fine details. So that a well informed decision can be made by both parties... I like you Fred am ready for action on the lake no matter who has to pay for it... Yes your end is worse than ours, but if we keep letting the lake issues go it won't be long before we are all living on a slim pit... Good Luck to you... Hope some of my answers helped. Nikki |

lake improvements
The Board has a responsibility to consider an additional fountain. This has been on the back burner for to long. Also, we saw an advertisement for a product that kills weeds in lakes that claims to be safe for fish. More info can be found at www.KillLakeWeeds.com Adults, children and construction workers need to be reminded not to litter in the lake area. |
