I am sorry to hear that your neighbor surprised you. That is never a good thing. But it makes me respect those who do live in a trailer because they probably have better manners and can be better friends than what we all witnessed the other night. Personally, I have always hated the neighborhood gossip and BS, but this isn't about who likes who for me. I am assuming it's not the case for you either. I have seen you at every meeting and you are the epitome of the good hearted neighbor who cares about their community. You should have been on the board and although I understand your relief right now, I can equally understand that there is probably a reason why you essentially were denied this opportunity. Good people don't mesh well with what is going on here. So, those of us who have legitimate concerns will keep trying to do the right thing because with a little luck we will all make it through the economy and keep our beautiful homes in Castlegate. I just hope the perimeter keeps it shape during that time.

By the way, whre are the trailers in Castlegate? I haven't seen them!?!? Silly lady, she must have been from Cambria and just crashed our meeting! LOL :)

The LADY IN PINK isn't our neighbor the other people that were sitting in that area are. I have never seen her before.

My corrections, I misunderstood. I hadn't seen her at any meetings either. At least it's good to know more people are attending, though. I feel bad that the new homeowner had to witness the whole fiasco and hope he attends again. He probably won't, though. Even a person just coming into this mess can see there is something really wrong with the way things are progressing. I just hope it gets better soon.

I have been to most meetings when I am not overseas. I have never seen the pink lady ever! She was rude and I did npt appreciate her comments as well. At first I thought it was still the new board member talking. I was sitting in front with my back turned. Then I turned around and saw her screaming into the mic! WOW!!!

It will get better after the elections. I would ask the new board to do a grass roots campaign to get the community involved. Just like the petition, go door to door, tell the community who you are, give them information on the community. IE: this website the Oasis website, how to contact the board, Oasis ect. Information flow here is pathetic to say the least! Anyway, try to motivate the community to get involved. That is my suggestion. I know being on the board is a volunteer thing and there is no compensation, but lets take some time to get the community involved.

If you notice, there are only a small percentage on this site who talk about stuff. I am not afraind to put my 2 cents in about stuff. I may get the occasional "I think you are wrong",(or worse)  but it is my opinion, and it gets people looking into other things or discussing other options as well.
