How can we improve the lighting in our neighborhood?

I just emailed Lisa Colvin and gave her a response that I got from LG&E regarding street lights. I would love to see them installed and would not mind having to pay a fee to have this done. I think it would make our neighborhood a lot sfaer place.

Pay for them yourself

Then those that want them should pay for them.

LG&E Outdoor Lighting Info

Neighbors who wish to have LG&E install street lighting and do not mind having the cost included on their LG&E bill, can contact the LG&E Distribution Control Center at (502) 589-3500 and request it.

I am checking to see if an LG&E Representative from their Outdoor Lighting Division can join us at the Feb. meeting to further explain the options that are available to us, but know that some neighbors may want to act right away, and have the option to do so. Hope this helps.
