We should be able to locate the minutes of that meeting that would settle it....I will request a copy.

Let me clarify as I have a copy of the Deed restrictions provided to me +15 yrs ago at my settlement.

 

I was under the impression that an amendment had been made for solar as well as for the voting majority. As such, I expected to find an Amendment type document to the Deed.
