Can driving with one hand while talking and being distracted on a cell phone do any good for our already intolerable traffic situation? I think NOT!

More harm than good.
Driving while talking on a cell phone increases the chances of having an accident, which in turn causes traffic to back up and make driving conditions that much worse than it already is. We need to drive more carefully and courteously, not less. |
