Personally I hope it rains Halloween

First Halloween in CA

This will be my first halloween in the neighborhood. I don't mind giving out candy on the 31st, but I hope things here aren't like they were in 38125...we had trick or treaters coming the night before w/o costume demanding candy..and the 3 nights following halloween. Absolutely ridiculous.
